One of the basic philosophies when forming EDIC was that we would provide customer service that was second to none. Therefore when you call EDIC, you will be greeted by a live person who will forward your call to the appropriate party. You will not go through a series of electronic menus only to be left in limbo. As dentists, we understand both the value and pressure put upon your office time. This is why we try to make this experience as pleasant as possible.
Our team of customer service specialists are all fully licensed and have a combined 40-50 years experience in all lines of commercial and personal insurance products. You will be assigned your own personal customer service representative based on your last name.
